Order Changes and Cancellations

Requesting a Change

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change an item, update delivery information, or request cancellation, email us immediately with the order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment, packing, or shipment begins.

Cancellations

If an order can be cancelled before fulfillment, we will confirm the cancellation and arrange any appropriate refund. Orders already in transit generally cannot be cancelled. In that case, review the Return and Refund Policy or contact us for order-specific guidance.
