Order Changes and Cancellations
Requesting a Change
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change an item, correct delivery information, or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, packing, or shipment.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled if the cancellation request can be processed before fulfillment has progressed too far to stop the order.
If a cancellation is approved after payment has been completed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled.
