Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $45 USD or more.
For orders below $45 USD, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery destination and available shipping method.
Customers can review the final shipping charge before confirming their order.
Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
The dispatch location may therefore vary by order. We do not represent that every order is shipped from our business registration address or from a local warehouse in the customer's country.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided with the order.
Please note that tracking information may take additional time after dispatch to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, an order is significantly beyond its estimated delivery window, or a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.
