Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment authorization is completed. Processing depends on availability, order volume, verification requirements, and operating conditions. When tracking information becomes available, we may send shipment confirmation to the contact information used at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier operations, customs reviews, weather, seasonal volume, local conditions, and other events outside our control can affect transit times. We provide reasonable assistance when a shipment needs to be reviewed.

Please check delivery information carefully before submitting an order. If an update is needed, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or an order has been transferred to a carrier.
