Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact information provided at checkout. Carriers may need time to show movement after shipment information is received or a label is created. A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean a package is lost.

Delivery Updates

Please follow carrier tracking and delivery notices. If an attempt is missed, the carrier may provide instructions for redelivery, collection, or a future attempt. Customers should follow those instructions promptly where applicable.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If tracking remains unchanged for an unusual period or a shipment appears missing after its expected window, contact us with your order number. We will review available carrier information and advise on the next appropriate step.
